The travel booking system is designed for our members to book their travel with ease on their own while having support of real humans in their corner every step of the way - our HNT Team. Every booking is monitored and actioned providing the best possible experience for our clientele.
Once a sign up is approved by one of our team members - we do need to know that you are a real person in the end of the day; you will be able to dive into your personal travel booking system where you will be able to access hotel booking software as well as flight booking portal.
You are in! Now it is time to personalize your travel booking system. Enter information that will be there every time you want to book travel. By doing so you will never need to search for a number again to manually add to your bookings. From frequent flier numbers, hotel membership numbers to credit card details, all can be stored securely on the platform. All entries are automatically added accordingly to each booking you create so you receive your points and perks.
Once our team at HNT receives your booking (you do not need to do anything, it comes automatically to us), we action it within 24h to ensure all parties are notified of your arrival and are aware of your preferences. Plus, we do sprinkle a little magic on each reservation we touch. We will reach out to offer additional services if may be interested - tours, transfers, insurance etc.
It takes the village. Our booking platform is powered by our partner Concur for secure and seamless booking process while supporting all our contracts, perks and special offers.
